For real I sweat like an absolute nigga. It aint a problem when i am in my house because then i usually take my shirt off and wear sandals but man in university is hell since I have to wear clothes all the time let alone work. What can I do niggas

Yeah I know it plays a role probably a big one or even the only reason. Maybe, I should have taken antidrepressants years ago. I didn't do it cause of the side effects

Do Nofap worked for me, i don't have social anxiety when im out in public anymore

Also chew gum whenever you are going outside helps with anxiety aswell
