If your jaw goes behind the lips then does that make you look like an ape?
I've been noticing it on few people lately like if their lips are way ahead of their jaw,it makes them look like an ape from the side?
Is this observation true?

No,chin protrusion is an entire different thing
I'm talking about lips protrusion where it gets past your jaw/chin
