I have a really big forehead and I am afraid of balding. What products, brands should I use?

I feel like my hair line is receding and it’s staring to freak me out. I wear a beanie every time I go out and I work 10 hours a day with it on. I don’t know if this causes problems or not. I have long hair in the back of my head but up front it’s shorter.
