I was already getting in contact with Ramieri, but currently I'm planning on going with Giant because I need implants for midface and I thought it would work best together

honestly i aint really seen any results from giant for trimax u gotta consult with him to see them, Ramieri has a lot of results for trimax and afaik no botches so i would trust him over giant for the surgical correction, you can always go to Giant afterwards for implants

From what I can telepathically assume, you need a forehead reduction, you should look into that. Your frontal is sorta bad
