I have a recessed mandible and I am 17 year old male. I really want to find out how to fix it and ive seen people say "do chin tucks" or "try ccw rotation" but idk how to do fix my ccw rotation and how to do proper chin tucks. I really need answers on how i can fix this. My mandible isnt too recessed its just enough to ruin my side profile.
