I always smile or laugh for no reason.

Like I'll just look at someone and laugh for no reason

In Sophomore Year I always laughed uncontrollably and smiled a lot in this one class so I had my head down most of the time

This foid asked me "I don't understand how you can laugh at nothing"

Even in a meet my teacher asked me why the fuck are you smiling

Even though I hate my life I always smile I don't fucking understand

I am like this too. You have to learn to consciously not laugh and not be a people pleaser.

You have to keep that thought consciously in your mind for a good month or so, maybe even less, and eventually it'll be natural.

Yeah I was just smiling a lot in some lives and very conscious of people looking at me in the live so I don't do it

Yes that is some what happening to me like my mind will come up with something funny or when I look at someones face doing something I just laugh
