I have a subhuman spine

I have scoliosis which means my spine is twisted to one side. It also makes me shorter than I would be if my spine was straight. I should be 6'2-6'3.

my arms go to my knees sometimes i think pullcoping caused this

decompress ur lower back, i quit all axial loaded exercises, and instead of using a weight belt on dips, i put it between my knees, that will heavily decompress the lower back, gained noticeable height after i did this, i look visibly taller now than i did just a week ago
