Depends on the woman, depends on the man. I'm almost 32 and dating a good-looking 18-year-old. For me it's very easy to date younger girls. There's always a pool to choose from. But yeah, won't work for most men. You pretty much need to be good-looking and perhaps a little younger looking than your age, both of which characteristics apply to me.

But to reply to OP, well, with time you should get experience, with experience you ideally gain confidence and stop caring about social anxiety and stuff like that. And ideally you also become a more interesting person to hang out with since you know more about the world and therefore can hold a conversation better. Despite what a lot of people say, women do tend to want a man they can actually socialize and converse with. And if you are truly good-looking with even half-way decent ageing genetics, you should look pretty decent for many years. Therefore there will be women who will find you attractive, regardless of their own age.
