the lower third (lip and jaw), inspires more sexuality, it's where the woman will kiss the guy, it's where she will caress (the cheeks and the jaw) it's a part that will inspire more sexual feelings to the woman.

The eye area will not be touched by hands or kiss, but the eye contact delivers a more loving feeling, the girl will be "bewitched" by your eyes in some way. This part inspires strong emotions but not sexual.
