I have a theory that cancer can’t be cured but it can be prevented

So cancer is caused by cells over multiplying and it just makes no sense that it could be cured. I think sometime in the future they will make a vitamin like pill (not like chemo) that prevent cells multiplying non stop. correct me if I’m wrong tho I’m an idiot and NOT a trust worthy source

You can cure and prevent cancer with a whole foods organic alkaline diet combined with reverse osmosis stored in glass jugs only. Depending on how severe the cancer is one may need more assistance but this is sufficient for a vast majority of cancers as I've personally helped cure multiple people myself. There's also water fasting or dry fasting but I prefer to provide the body with cancer killing properties while maintaining the person's weight.
