Y'all know that the palate has a big influence in the maxillary and so in the attractiveness, so i was thinking;
The tongue is the natural expander of the palate, during swallowing we apply pressure on the palate with the tongue, and also while eating we store food in our cheeks while we chew using the outer edge of our molars and rest of teeths, so i got a question:

What if we chew using the inner edge of our teeths and applying constant pressure on the food and palate with our tongue?
If we do that would acelerate the process of expansión in our palate?

I don't know really, i'm not an expert and it's just a thinking of mine, let me know what you think or if this just bull shi

No, if you want palate expansion get a palate expander. If there was a way to naturally expand the palate, it would cause a gap in the teeth from the shift, but you never see that from orthotropics copers, because no expansion happens without an appliance putting 24/7 pressure on the suture

Okay, thanks for the clarification

I definitely know what your talking about bc that’s my theory too I made up like the inward and outward chewing I don’t know which one is correct though I tried both but I don’t feel no pressure on the face or cheekbones
