i have a thin eyebrows how to grow them?

im 16 male and i have thin eyebrows i don't think minoxidil is safe so whats the effective way to grow my eyebrows without having side effects (i tried castor oil and it has side effects which made my skin inflamed and super itchy and random flakes on my eyebrows)

Is this one effective ? Some people got thinner lashes from it but longer while some didn't notice any change ? It doesn't prostaglandins tho so it's not that much effective is it
