4) I eat almost exclusively super tasty foods like frozen pizzas, salted and roasted nuts, spaghetti...
5) Almost zero responsibilities. No kids, no spouse, no pets. I have full freedom to do everything I want, I can sleep until 2 PM every day if I want to
6) I have my own apartment

I would like to go on vacation sometimes but I would have to work more to make money for it, so I stay home like a hermit

Taxi driver. I drive on all apps available in my region. Weekends are the best so I drive only on weekends

Chronic high levels of cortisol are bad but big spikes of cortisol in stressful situations are actually very beneficial and necessary for healthy brain/mental
