i have an idea. i want to start my leanmaxing journey down to 5% bf in like 1-2 month. im currently 10% bf

i need some reps or subsribers or some shit for motivation to become looksmaxing bloger :think: so join my disc server if i do it i will upload weekly updates + i dont have a lot of money to spend on food which is good motivation already = i spent too much on training my morph app :lul:. So lets go right? The lowest i've ever been so far is 7% bf, the facial angualirty is fucking crazy at that moment, i think NOT bc of losing the facial fat, which was already low at 10% but cos of starvation mode just reduced my 5 lbs masseters volume lmao

Its kinda a myth that low bf% has healthmin potential, at least at the 7-10% range for sure + when you are keto adapted, but could be just me. The better keto adapted you are the less your body signals that you are in danger - no "hormones crash" or any other side effects. Idk why, but based on my experience the ONLY single one struggle - its just mentally uncomfortable to not eat. Literally no other side effects. My body mass did not go down significantly like -3 or 4kg from 10% bf down to 7% bf, my workout PRs did not go down at all, libido is the same and i guess hormones are literally the same or better lmao. On top of that i did not protein at all, this accidental bf% loss wasnt for the lookmaxing purposes to begin with. I had another experience in the favor of this evidence: after not eating for 3 days at all + like <1000kcal week before that, i decided to check my t levels just to test this "hormones crash theory" - the results were something between 1100-1200 ng/dl
 
You better have veins running up your entire abdomen and quads claiming 10%. Otherwise you aren’t there.
