The toenail on my left big toe always grows laterally into the skin towards the toe next to it

Been like this for the last few years

I have to dig inside to cut the nail out, and then it’s usually fine for a year or so

But it’s come back again, a few months after last doing it

It’s painful. I’m gonna need to soak my toe and go digging in with nail scissors again

Used to happen to me for YEARS, until it just randomly stopped
some of the worst pains man, used to dig and mess up the flesh inside my toes so badly
