Most traits are polygenic. And polygenic scores can predict some variance in traits but they can't tell you fate. Genetically intelligent/stupid is meaningless unless you have actual genotyping data and even then, the predictive power is limited and probabilistic, not deterministic.

IQ tests vary brutally. He claims online tests are 98.2% valid yet doesn't understand it's mere marketing. How do you derive such a number? Nonetheless, you can pay for 5 tests, and have probably 15% variance in your results. That error margin is much higher than a 1.8% margin.
