You see how it bends towards the right? Its more of a bone problem than cartiladge, and its given me and uneven ICD.

Does yours also affect your orbitals? If i dint have a deviated septum my ICD woukd be better maybe.

its not that big of a deal tbh doesn't look that bad

It looks worse in full pictures

Ill listen to you and get septo first, and if i still have an uneven icd/something wrong with eye distance ill get OBO to fix it
