I have BBD and I get sudden brutal cortisol spikes from time to time out of nowhere, sometimes I can't hold my tears and my delusions get worse when I'm rotting at home.

Whenever I go out I look at everyone and start laughing coz there are just too many subhumans but I kinda get depressed again when I realise there are no good looking girls around me, the best looking girls are just lightskin chubby MTB, I barely see any HTB with good body, Indian girls are capped at HTB with no body halo, they're either chubby or skinny af with flat ass and boobs. So the point is if you have overdosed on blackpill and feel like crying coz of BBD just remember there are too many ugly bitches out there who think they're 10/10, don't waste your tears when subhumans like those exist and think they're the shit, I've been doing this to improve my mental health, you have to start making fun of other people looks to feel better about yourself, just do it casually or do it in your mind and have a laugh. That's how I'm coping rn
