I have become more introverted since beginning my job

I have been an IT technician for a while now and I feel more introverted, high inhib and socially awkward since I started as it's a very background job role.

I think I needed humbling a bit because before this job I was super cocky and prideful and was developing a bit of a bully personality so I needed to lower it a bit. But now I feel it's going a bit far I feel quite a different person. I'm a mild aspie and it's never really affected me socially (mainly sensory and special interests) but I think it's becoming more prevalent now.

It pisses me off because my manager told me I've become more confident since the start which I definitely don't feel, like I get way more stressed and flustered at work than I used too.
