I have been called the 'definition of an HTN' before. I would like to know what i can do to ascend to chadlite, or if that was even true (16)

i dont really know how to say this per say, but i havent really been on my game recently. I am overweight (215 lbs) but i have definition in my muscles and i bench more than bodyweight so it should be fine. I am pretty unfamiliar with debloat and cutting methods, and i assume that is the starting point, so please leave ways to do that well in the replies

for 215 lbs you still look decent lol
definetly not htn, but you could get there if you loose like 30kg, true ascensions will happen at 15% bf, every kg u loose feels like heaven

cal deficit, (2000 cals), 10k+ steps a day, 30 min incline treadmill and 8h+ sleep and u good
