I have been frauding 190cm with shoe lifts

I only used the insole. Anything more is too uncomfortable and noticeable. So now I am 6’3.

This is probably the first looksmaxing I have done in 3 years of using this website.

I guessing your 6'1 too, I'm shoe size 12, what lifts are you using? is it apparent? tbh I feel like anymore height would have almost zero SMV benefits.

I’m 187-188 (~6’2) barefoot, it fluctuates but it’s been measured numerous times by coping normies who don’t believe me.

I’m using bluepilled shoes atm, the lifts only came yesterday so I’m still experimenting. If you put the insole in high AF1s you can’t tell at all, but if you put it in low AF1s it’s noticable.

I think they will work best with more formal shoes or boots, I’m also size 12 shoe size but the extra inch is not detectable at all + makes you mog more people
