I have been Hydrationmaxxing since the morning

Legit. I must have drunk 6-7 liters already. I feel more relaxed and somehow oofie-doofie maxxified. I just looked at a mirror and my skin, eyes seem to glow and my temperament seems happier. I look increased in oofie-doofieness (at no sacrifice of anything else).

I think it is an underrated part of looksmaxxing and healthmaxxing.

I have visited the bathroom 15 times though.
