I was trying to stick to my deficit but couldn’t do it more then a few days

It’s because I wasn’t DRINKING enough water

Now I have been in a 1000 calorie deficit for 2 weeks while drinking 4L a day and I don’t ever feel hungry

Shouldn't bulk, you should eat around your maintenance. Also if you have to leanmaxx hard to see your bones you probably don't even have bones that look better lean than a healthy weight.

Some fatty meat for hormone balance, lean meat like chicken for protein

Mostly apples (39kcal/100g) or other low calorie fruits for carbs before gym

For sweet cravings I like to eat protein puddings and no sugar sodas

150 kcal 20g protein

And lots of coffee or energy drinks for caffeine (supresses appetite) + atleast 150g protein and 4L water a day
