No it's not super cool backa nd forth fights like this, look at the championships, the meta is literally lunging yourself at your opponent trying to get a stab, fights last under 2 seconds nowadays and it's boring as fuck. Well that is hema. Which fencing is tbf but when you train it you will just use foil sabre and the other one, whereas in hema you first probably will learn a more typical sword. So you might want to figure out what you want since the sport fencing is really quite different to hema as a whole
