It’s truly awful, keep in mind I don’t drink water, eat fruits or vegetables. I’m the most unhealthy person here probably. I don’t know why I do it. I guess I do it to reset my sleeping schedule. But sooner or later I do it all over again. It’s been just 17 days into January and this is my third or fourth time doing this. I don’t even use caffeine/coffee or anything to boost me. Au naturel. But eh, no I don’t get nauseous. Sometimes I get a bit tired. My brain feels like it’s malfunctioning though I admit this. No I don’t get dizzy either! Thanks for the questions my friend.
