I have blackheads on my nose only and pimples and they wont fucking go away

I already scarred my nose with one permanantly so now i have this red fucking dot on my nose forever so thats great and pimples keep apearing on my nose ONLY
i eat mostly whole foods like bananas soured milk meat and shit like that so why tf is this shit happening to me

I've read tret doesn't affect oil gland size unfortunately tho, unlike isotretinoin.

Id just pop/remove them with clean fingers or with that fancy lil tool. Then I cleanse my face with salicylic acid cleanser. For the finisher i slug by smearing vasseline all over my face to lock in the moisture.
