i have blonde hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes. if i’m dying my brows should i get something to make my lashes black aswell?

if so i need something less faggy then mascara. when i dye my eyebrows my eye area still looks dumb and im sure its because the lashes so if i have to use mascara i might
