I have Body Dysmorphia

I've actually been dealing with this for a few years now

Basically I looked in the mirror a while ago and I look like shit and I wonder "what the fuck yesterday I looked amazing, even a lot of people complimented my looks" then 25 minutes later I look in the mirror again and I'm absolutely insane, amazing eyes, big defined jaw, and overall a pretty good face, I don't know if it's just my mind or if this could really happen?

I've been dealing with this for at least 4 years, and even though I got used to it a bit, I still feel bad about it, I can't look like shit and then 25 minutes later look absolutely crazy attractive

I think I'll talk to my psychologist again, I'm really tired of this shit

It occurs when you stare too long rofl. You probably have some type of autism like everyone on this forum does. I get complimented by girls on omegle and then I will proceed to put the camera at the worst angle ever and cry that i dont look like chad in that angle. Its fucking normal. Social media only shows you the best angles, best versions of people. So dont worry abt it man.

Drugs is the only way to fix overthinking. I mean u can take it as a gift or curse. Me focusing on perfecting how I look at every angle has gave me 1000 ideas on how to looksmax. But once you reach low HTN you should just go out and enjoy life a bit and still take pics and monitor how your looking.

i have this too possibly ,its odd cuz sometimes my eye area looks fine but like 10 mins later it looks so shit
