I have bruxism and it makes my face quite asymmetrical. Does anyone know what I can do to stop having it, some tips or advice?

All you can do is try to relax and stress less.I have bruxism and it makes my face quite asymmetrical. Does anyone know what I can do to stop having it, some tips or advice?
just botox your masseters if they r too bigNo clue bro, same boat as you. The worst part is waking up with your jaw clenched tight and achy joints, and the nightmares of teeth cracking and falling out
I don't think its that they are too big, they aren't really that pronounced and even then it goes in phases, 1 week it's on 1 week off. I think it's more of a psychological/stress related thing, this has been a problem since I was 5 years old where I would grind my teeth subconsciously, even in my sleep.just botox your masseters if they r too big
