Try waterfasting and leanmaxxing a lot, and cold showers unrinically, sometimes there might be some fat there with the cartillage and it might go away, if not surgery is the only option. But rhino is really easy and quick to get done and non complicated.

I personally know two girls who are into bulbous nose so I doubt its that much of a problem unless its extreme end and obviously my sample size is small and my anctedote matters nothing on the large scale. Just putting it out there.
