Most Himachalis don't have any tibetan admixture, only a few ethnic groups like kinnuri, khas etc have tibetian ancestry. Others are Indo-Aryans, rajputs mostly don't marry tribals like kinnuris etc. Neither do these tribal communities marry outside their tribes.
