I think my heart will suddenly stop or I'll get hit by a car when on a bike or I'll be diagnosed with terminal cancer
I feel like my life story has run its course and it's time for the end

I have a similar one where when I stand on the edge of a train platform I fear someone will push me in front of the train
That's why I always turn to face away from the rail as the train arrives
