I have been consuming roughly 150g of raw meat per day on average for a month now
There were 2 days where I didn't have any food so I consumed 5 meals of raw ground beef and cheese for those 2 days, totalling to 1kg of raw meat
I also recently ate an entire steak raw with my rice (soaked in hot water and cleaned for 20 minutes to remove arsenic) and cooked (runny egg yolk, disables the antinutrients in the egg whites) eggs.
I have not been sick, I get more sick when I eat grains (seeds) and plants
