Nature and hairloss is brutal. My only hope is hair cloning in 10 years or nothing at all.

Try topical Finasteride bro. Better chances you won’t get sides. Minoxidil + dermarolling unfortunately takes time, you need to give it 6 months to see if it works.
From what I’ve seen your norwood is bad so you may need at least two transplants if you want a decent hair. That if you have good donor area.
