2 pills of progynova (estradiol valerate) is quite insignificant actually. Back in 2017 when I tried estradiol valerate for a few weeks because I wanted to skin max I sometimes ate the whole package at once (30 pills x 2mg) and it had zero effect on me. Even when I got a blood test for Testosterone levels it showed high 923ng/dl despite eating estrogen pills. I doubt those pills are that effective

It could also be that for high DHT males like me and OP taking estrogen pills is not effective because out DHT nukes most of the estrogen we consume anyway (DHT is the most potent aromatase inhibiting hormone) . So with our DHT levels it just cancels each other out if we take estrogen then our high DHT levels would just cancel it out anyway

Taking estradiol valerate might be more effective for boys who are already low dht males

Or it could be just that those pills are not effective. Because even when I combined estradiol valerate with dutasteride (which reduces 97 % of your DHT) it still had zero effect

The DHT theory makes sense though and why nature would make high DHT males superior is because their DHT would cancel out the estrogen they would consume in diet n modern lifestyle. It's nature's way of preventing these males of becoming feminised by giving them high DHT levels that nukes any estrogen they consume
