How old are you? Tbh if you’re younger than 25 your bones can still grow (face frame and even height) so it might not be over but in any case it’s better to just cope by binge eating, at least it helps you bulk if you’re gymcelling

At least try to do it socially, you might find you can get somewhere if you get the low inhib at the bar. Take some good friends with you to help hype you or wingman or whatever. Not as fun to drink alone
