Just browse games on roblox then join their discord servers. They sometimes openly look for people like you or you can just dm the developers in the server.

If you are GENUINELY good at 3d modeling (GENUINELY good, meaning you understand proper topography and efficient uv mapping, optimization, etc.) then you can apply for modeling gigs at indie game studios. Good 3d modelers are always needed. You also need to make a bunch of custom models and put them out for a few bucks on popular model websites. Also, you can make models and sell them on 3d printing websites, such as cults3d. Your models need to be professional quality to do this though, and chances are you have the dunning kruger effect for how good you at modeling, modeling is a extremely complicated thing.
