and that’s because my arms and legs are as big as the avarage foids

good thing my shoulders are kinda broad so I don’t look totaly pathetic but still need to work out a bit

My hips are normal maybe a bit bigger than the avarage guy not hipcel level tho but I still have a bit of fat stored there (which on one hand makes my situation less awkward) but i need to lose all my fat and gain muscle

x frames are more preferable for bodybuilding.

if your hips protrude a lot you could train your obliques to make them appear smaller, but it'll make you look less slender and athletic.

Get a barbell -- do bench press (or floor presses if you're at home), overhead press, row, and then get a pull up bar and do pull ups/chin up. That will get your upper body going to start. Alternate exercises between days to give yourself time to recover.

The "skinny" in skinny fat refers to the lack of muscle. And men typically store most of their fat in their belly so that's why the arms can still look skinny/small.

if u look at my face alone u won’t know my weight idk if that’s due to estrogen? Since I saw somewhere women get a skinnier looking face even at high bf due to estrogen and as a low T zoomer my estrogen levels are probably higher than they should be

kinda benefits my face, could also be cause I have deascently sized bones and the bigger ur bones the more room for fat u have in ur face

Idk if it's because of estrogen, cause I'm taking Finasteride which causes 15% increase in both testosterone and estrogen, and I think my face only got more fat since starting it
