I have descended hard in the last year from 19-20

My skin has descended significantly already after my teens, I’m almost 21 now. I should have taken the warnings of the other users here more seriously about collagen. My face looks dull now, no more glow and I am generally looking older. The only way from here is down, time to ogre max I guess.

Yea same think i killed my skin from rotting in bed for years like a degen, idk how it works tho but it isn't sun damaged but caused by stress, bad diet, and hygiene
