I was preparing for an exam for 2 years then stopped going to classes for 4 months cause the exam was near (self study) I was at home rotting and studying for the exam for 4 months rarely stepped out of my house , ate a lot of food all day and night 
I was sleeping at 5:30 am and waking up at 9 pm then again I slept in the evening i studied a lot still failed hella depressed, became skinny fat as of now due to my shit indian high carb less protein diet my face is puffed and and my belly is out but my arms are still small , I have an event in few days how can I leanmaxx guys
