3-4 times a month
Ideally I'm looking to overdose on k2 d 3 and calcium on the days that I bonesmash and also the following weeks microdose these + obviously sleep well for hgh, eat high protein and high carb with moderate fat (needed for d3 and k2 absorbtion)
First day of week 1 = browridge (and everything around it)
First day of Week 2 = zygos + orbitals( zygos the most bone that can take a beating and grow) I will be careful with orbitals tho.
First day of Week 3 = mostly chin (I will lightly hit mandible and rammus but it's very prone to breakage so I will be hitting like a pussy these bones.)
Week 4= rest
Ideally I will only bonesmash on 3 days per month and once a week then one rest week.
I can also bonesmash all the bones on week 4. It will depend on my recovery tbh. Bones take longer than muscles to harden and grow and they need optimal nutrition, stimulus, and TIME.
Which is why I might skip a month in between for however long my bones need to recover fully
Today I started with my entire face and I will bump this thread if I see some optimal results.

If you think bonesmashing is impossible etc never forget that our body can grow this much bone in 130 days
