Eyebrows are wide positively titlted but the end is curved down im thinking of cutting the eyebrow end will be as wide as the eye yall think i should?i want it really positive tilted

Don't, it will look to short, i have the same eyebrows as you said, low set, straight and positively tilted but at the end it curves, i cut them one by a mistake and it looked bad.
