I have early stages of TMD

Anyone has tips to fight it that worked for them? Apparently 1 in 3 people have some kind of TMD
Really curious to see if MSE is going to solve this problem and relocate my mandible to its natural position
Also gonna visit a chiropractor when im done expanding if the issue still persists

im stopping chewing, doing massages, visiting a chiro and getting mse hopefully it should go away

How long did it take, did you just have liquid food?
