im not completely convinced that bacteria is "good" for you and that you can eat chicken, beef, and fish raw from no matter the source. the reason i ate beef liver raw in the first place is because i sourced it from a local farm, and i wasnt scared of e coli being present in the cows; because its been proven via studies that grass fed and free raise cattle have a significantly healthier gut biome. i was not scared of parasites like tapeworm because of the healthy environment it was raised in, why should i throw away my basic knowledge of these things in TOTALITY away for science that was never clinically backed? aajonus had a good premise, but im not willing to risk my entire life and well-being on anecdotes and logic that may seem valid, but isn't necessarily sound at all.
