I have exploding head syndrome

Sometimes when I try to sleep I suddenly hear something really loud like glass shattering or gun shots or a zap. Jfl just found out now it’s a real thing

Same, i dont have a specific sound but its similar to a guitar string being released after being pulled. I like it though, only happens when i sleep less than 6 hours
