you could just have shit fat distribution genes. some ppl just naturally hold more fat in their face. plus your recession is making it worse bcs if you're boneless and have less skeletal projection, your skin can't drape over, making your face less defined in that sense. surgery will deffo help you but also get ur blood work done just in case, could even be something hormonal you never know lmao

2. High sodium diet. Water itself doesnt hydrate you, you need potassium and enough controlled electrolytes but not over the top, 1g sodium a xay max
