I have failed every plastic surgery i tried

Rhinoplasty 2015 failed hole in the spectrum and look worse than before.
Abdominal vaser 2020-looks the same maybe 5 precent lower body fat.
imo the only good result were fillers and botox i tried like half a year ago

but they don't last very long.
i am going on a final quest to try to improve my lms with a custom peek jaw and chin implant if i doesn't work i will quit to the darkness!!!

i asked for a smaller nose but i live in Israel and all the Jewish doctor tried to scam me saying my nose is too big and they can only make it a 1 precent smaller. so i want to a nose surgon to fix my deviated spectrum as well as i was thinking it will be able to make it smaller but he just made one side not equal to the others side and i got now a hole in the spectrum.
there was a plastic surgon in Poland that wanted to fix the side asymmetrical for a 1000$ but i was afraid it would make the nose collapse as I've heard conflicting opinion about it in regarding the hole in spectrum.

i don't think im high body fat i have a bit of chin because my chin/lower jaw is recessed.
i think you made my nose too small but if it wasn't so small it would haven't been perfect.
You guys think getting a jaw and chin implant is right choice for me?

ur nose dont need to be smaller, the shape must be changed.

heres the recipe: bulbous nose tip reduction to about a iris size (11,77mm)
them something to smoothen the unesthetic transition between the nostril and the new tip. also supraalar crease smoothening
