You look like you lack the under eye maxillary projection, that might be the cause why you don't look as masculine. I might be wrong tho, so reply with side profile pics.

Your maxilla's forward growth is not the best and that doesn't give you a face more masculine. Specifically, I'm talking about the under-eye projection (sorry idk the scientific term):


This is mogger projection and you can see the whole maxilla is more forwardly grown or more steep. That gives the masculine look.

You'd definitely look better with a better side profile. Your face right now doesn't look bad because of that. Remember we are talking about what you would look like if you had a side profile of the top 1%. It's just hypothetical. It's probably unachievable without surgeries.
