I have finalized a surgeon for bimax

I will be paying about $45k after insurance in the USA, with loans and savings.
There are still a couple steps to iron out with insurance and such.

any out of network (aka blackpilled and expert) surgeon in the USA will be charging you at least 30-40k for their fees alone

If you go in-network, which there are only a couple good ones, you pay between $0-5k, but usually they suck. I don't have any good surgeons in-network with me.
