Last week I had two sleep paralysis in three days in which I clenched my jaw so hard that it still hurts today. Fast forward to now I am able to consciously control my thoughts during this state, when I fall victim to sleep paralysis there’s a loud static noise ringing in my ears which is when I decide to just sleep and when I am mentally able to control it.
